Once you've sorted the hotels so your favourites are at the top of the list, it's time to make your choice.

You will be able to see

  1. The name of each hotel
  2. Where it's located. Clicking on Show map will bring up a map for you.
  3. Its rating by reviewers
  4. The number of people who reviewed it
  5. A list of rooms available at different travel websites and their prices. You can change the form of currency by clicking on the dropdown box at the top of the page.

If you're already satisfied with that hotel and are sure you want to book a room there, you can click Book Now to start booking a room.

If you're not entirely sure, either click the hotel name, the large photo next to the name or View all rooms and you'll be taken to a page that describes the hotel in more detail and shows all the rooms that will be available during the time you want to book.

You can either book a room by clicking Go next to the room you desire or click on Back to search results at the bottom of the page to continue comparing.

What is the reserve price?

The reserve price is the lowest price the seller will accept for the item. The seller will not sell anything Below the reserve price,  even if the listing ends without any bids.  You will only see the reserve price if you bid on an auction style listing. If the reserve price has not been met, the listing will show this.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you don't remember your password, you can ask MrBuyGuy to reset it for you. Follow these simple steps:

  • At the login page,click I forgot my details. This will take you to a page where you can reset your password.
  • In the Email Address box enter the email address you provided when you registered with MrBuyGuy.
  • Click Reset.
  • Check your email inbox for an email fromMrBuyGuy telling you how to reset your password.
  • Follow the instructions in the email.

Am I prohibited from selling any items?

 Yes. Please see MrBuyGuy's list of prohibited and restricted items. Contact MrBuyGuy if you have any questions.

Can I create multiple accounts?

Yes. You can create multiple accounts on MrBuyGuy.com, as long as you use a different username and email address for each account.

Can I sell my items internationally?

 Yes, you can. However, you will have to meet the requirements for listings in each country. Also, with each country the laws of the land change and you will have to comply with the rules of that country.

What can I do if I don’t get paid?

There can be many reasons why you have not received payment.. Contact the Buyer, using the information available on their profile, and send them email reminders if possible. You can relist your item once more, so  other buyers can purchase it,  if your buyer fails to respond to you.

Can I leave feedback for unregistered members?

 No, you cannot submit feedback for unregistered members. We encourage all our users to register with MrBuyGuy.

Using your watchlist

If you're thinking of buying a product, but you haven't made your final decision, you can place it on your Watchlist.

This will save you time if you decide to purchase it later on.

From the product page, click on Watch this item.

The product will then appear in your Watchlist.

You can find your Watchlist by clicking on My Account at the top of any page.

Click on the dropdown icon next to Buying on the left hand side of the page.

Then click on My Watchlist.

You'll be able to see all the products you are watching.

Later on, if you decide to buy the product, you can click on it in your Watchlist. You'll be taken right to the product page, where you can make a purchase.  There's no need to search for the item again.

Note: To have a watchlist, you must be a registered member of MrBuyGuy.com.

What should I do if my account shows an unpaid item?

 To avoid suspension or restriction of your account, it is important to make timely payments and keep unpaid items from being recorded on your account. You must send payment to the seller within 4 days, once an unpaid item case is opened.
